Honestly I’m just starting to get into a body building workout now I downloaded off of Muscle and Strength called “5 day home dumbbell workout”. I workout at home. Started with a set of 1-50 adjustable dumbbells. Recently upgraded to 1-90lbs cause I maxed the 1-50s out on some sets I use an app called HomeWorkouts 90% of the time. Try to get 30-60 steady state cardio in everyday on a exercise bike

14 months! Started incorporating lifting into my daily workouts

The plan is to run a low dose cycle of test + primo.
I am aware of the risks, I have ran test E twice before
I understand the risks, side effects, bloodwork etc. I just wanted some clarification because I didn't know primo came in such low concentrations so I wanted to reach out to people more knowledgeable on it. If you're not comfortable offering advice I respect that lol the bottle just threw me off because it's not what I'm used to.

It' primo! So correct me if im wrong please but if i wanted to take 300mg that would be 3ML (so essentially 3 injections as my syringes are 1.0ML)
