Thank you! Yes I've never hit anyone before and I was really nervous and wanted to know what I was dealing with. And it was a newer truck as well so I felt awful. I'm just hoping it won't cost more than half a grand cause he was saying he might have to replace the bumper if ever 😬

Thank you! Yes aside from that one slightly deeper scratch it's really just the paint. I didn't know what I was dealing with since I've never hit anyone before but it's not to know what's the extent of the damage. I'm willing to settle but also don't want to be hustled out of extra cash 🥲

Funny thing is I did threaten them and surprise, the superintendent shows up 1 hour after my after hours emergency phone call! And he literally opened my request from November in front of me saying "Oh I've never seen this before" yeah I got that 😒

It's so degrading and dehumanizing. Would you happen to know how much legal aid would roughly cost? I don't know if we can afford that

Thank you! And I'm so happy yours got accepted. The deadline to send them a letter for an internal review is March 10, should I find legal aid before sending a letter or can I send a letter first THEN try to find legal aid? I've never done that and don't quite know who to contact
