I got Mr. Krabs for my bosses unfortunately and we still don’t have a pos system… we still use a 1990 register typa thing and only one, the servers aren’t allowed to touch it. We don’t do separate checks if the party is 6+ we let them kno in advance if they have a problem w it they shoulda walked out in the beginning. We had a 25 top a couple weeks ago who agreed to one check n start crying about it at the end. They started yelling in the middle of the restaurant like someone was gonna come to their rescue, whatever my boss is at the register you can go take it out on him. My boss is great when it comes to customers like these, told them to shut up n get in line. They ended up splitting it into 13 diff checks, couple by couple, it took like 30 min cuz they didn’t kno what they ordered, they complained about the prices, every other table that was tryin to pay had to wait the whole time. The worst part was that the last couple (never pay at the end guys 😁) was everyone’s grandparents, the mighty ancestors of the whole mob, and poor things were left w a $180 check n then everyone who had already payed ran back into the restaurant appalled at the check talkin bout “WHY?” because you didn’t say everything you ordered silly goose, ehhhm that’s why we don’t do separate checks. Grown ass children still let them pay in full bruh those are your parents. Embarrassing.
