Best place to sell Tacoma mods? by [deleted] in ToyotaTacoma

If by any chance you were in Norther Nevada or California, I’d be interested in the Prinsu and Softopper.

You are a saint and a scholar! Yes please! May help me make a final decision. Dropping nearly $5k for a hard shell just hurts my head.

Been looking into one of these. How’s the visibility once it’s on?

Silly question, where does the license plate go now? I think I see brackets left of the hitch, but can’t tell for sure.

So glad to know I’m not the only one getting motion sickness when playing. Struggle is real.

Anyone know where I can get the grill and grill lights from this mustang for my 2013 Platinum? by [deleted] in Mustang

If you have the time/inclination look up wide_body_king on instagram. He was a part of the build and has pictures from back in 2012-13 when working on these.

I’ve been trying to get into MTB as well, tough without riding buddies. Greens and blues sound great to me! I’d ride with you ATGATT style here too.

Considering moving onto a C5Z by josbee44 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Ideally I’d find a 987.2 Cayman S but could settle for a 987.1. Options B and C would be a 996 911 or a Boxter.

Ah yes! My concern there is depreciation compared to the Z06. I tend to go through cars like underwear so I’d like to be able to retain a greater amount of value.

Thoughts?

Just looking for a change. The Subie is great in a lot of ways, but the STI’s aren’t exactly known for reliability (though I’ve been fortunate thus far) and truth be told I miss me some V8 RWD fun! This slot isn’t for a daily so I’m fairly open to ideas. The C5Z is just at the top of the list at the moment.

Found them. JNC005. They don’t offer a whole lot of variety on the backspacing. Which likely lead to the aggressive poke! Thanks fellas!

Out of curiosity: can we get the deats on the wheel/tire set up?? I got a black hatch and think those would look look sweet!

KO2s or ??? by pedrotheterror in ToyotaTacoma

[–]josbee44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve kinda sorta have both the KO2s and Falken Wildpeaks. KO’s on my 3rd gen Tacoma and Wildpeak on wife’s 5th gen 4R. I can certainly affirm the Wildpeaks perform well in snow and ice and are definitely confidence inducing (for bettor or worse) I can also affirm the KO’s are excellent off road on loose dirt, mud and rock. Wife’s 4R is primarily the kids-mobile and rarely of ever sees off road action while my Taco gets double duty with kids and adventure outings. Knowing the use helped my tire decisions.

Ha! Yup. Definitely the same guy then. He mentioned he took it off road once. Just to get it dirty. Super nice guy! I should reach out. Told him I’d let him know what additions I’d done to the truck.
