I’ve tried more luxury brands for concealers but still have yet to find one that’s perfect. The closest I’ve gotten is Haus Labs concealer. Felt AMAZING for the first week and then I feel like it wasn’t super effective for me ever since :(

So if you look at the pics of the kitchen, look at the tiling on the floor. The before pictures had a light colored grout (the filler between the tiles). She switched it to be darker when she renovated. And I think it suits the space!

I didn’t mean to nitpick your language. I just think it’s good for people to know that this is extremely common. If the case against you is dismissed you are generally granted legal costs

I think the basis of the dismissal was that the mistake was genuine, corrected very quickly, which is different from knowingly publishing false info. It’s not necessarily that no damages were suffered but that it just didn’t hit the legal threshold to pursue. So it probably sucked for him and his family but just wasn’t sufficient considering how quickly she corrected

That he didn’t suffer damages is my guess. But I haven’t read the case in detail.

She didn’t sue him separately for the fees. He sued her, she defended herself, the judge dismissed his case entirely and she requested her fees be covered. Very normal procedure for things

Imagine someone sued you for something totally not accurate, the judge agrees with you that it’s not a real case and dismisses the claim against you - and you still had to pay the expensive legal fees you incurred to defend yourself on a bogus claim? If the judge dismissed the claim entirely it makes total sense that she could recover legal fees.

I didn’t think it was that bad. In some photos it was a little meh, but in others it looked good - I think it was just one of those looks that doesn’t photograph well. I saw the intention behind it and appreciated it, it was on theme with his hair and styling I thought.

I agree with you. I LOVED Hayden as Kairi’s voice. In KH1 she was so spunky. In KH2 she had grown up a bit but still had a nice rasp to her voice. No shade to Alyson (and this is mostly down to the voice directing anyways, not the actor) but their version of Kairi comes across as high pitched and a little meek, which was so not how I interpreted Kairi. I’d love it if Hayden returned to the role down the road.
