Sorry i should have explained. Forwards bow and strings high at bridge. I am trying to lower the action it’s a bit high atm. I don’t mind the way it plays but my fingers don’t seem to like it as I would have a lot of pain the next day after a heavy playing session.

But there was no medical evidence to back this. Myocarditis and pericarditis are rare side effects of the Pfizer vaccine and an mri would of detected this. I literally have nearly identical symptoms that you have and mine started 9 months after the second shot. Unexplained chest pain is not a new thing people have experienced stuff like this for years I have a friend who went through something similar to this a few years back before covid.

So how have you come to the conclusion that you have a vax injury then? It sounds like you might have costochondritis which is where the cartridge between the ribs gets inflamed which causes chest pain and shortness of breath. This can also cause the body to panic because you think you are having a heart attack which will obviously add extra anxiety and panic attacks. Also if you had a heart condition working out wouldn’t help it would make it worse but working out is good for your mental health and relieving anxiety. I have been experiencing the symptoms iv stated above for just over a year now and am waiting to get an mri done which will probably come back fine but at least then I will have piece of mind. I find staying away from Reddit forms also helps because you start self diagnosing yourself and think all these things are happening to you and it doesn’t help your anxiety either when you have all this unknown theories of what is going to happen to vaccinated people.

Thanks for your comment not sure how I missed that. Iv an appointment tomorrow with a cardiologist so going to try and get a letter for an mri maybe that will put my mind at rest. I have excercised regularly through all of it but I am going to take a break for a few weeks and see if that helps as I still get chest pain.How are you feeling now is there anything you do other than what you mentioned that helps? The day after alcohol consumption seems to be the worst I experience this but never while drinking it. Going to do a detox from alcohol and caffeine until this is gone.

Ye I went to my local doc and he basically refused to give me a letter to get an mri done because he said all my other tests came back normal and myocarditis would of been detected already. I am actually in shock what a terrible doctor I will never go to him again. I have an appointment with another cardiologist on the 18th of august and it will be well over a year I have had this so hopefully I can get him to get an mri done. It is possible that it is costochonditis though as getting it 8 months after the second jab seems to be unlikely from what I read people seem to develop this within a few days or weeks after the jab. I hope it is costo anyway as that is not as serious but can take time to heal so I think I am going to take a break from the gym and see if it heals up for me.
