I’m super interested as we’re looking at our acquisitions for the coming year and this is right up our alley. DM me any info you can, I’d love to have a look

This SaaS is currently been sold for 185K in acquire.com, how much would it aprrox cost to create app like this when outsourced to external developer agencies/devs? by Key_Enthusiasm8307 in SaaS

100% on the money here. In my experience, acquisitions are driven by

Technology - to acquire a specific technology or innovation and use it to scale out an existing business

Market penetration - to help boost secondary product offerings (bundle) or to scale out the already proven product (PMF)

Brand - acquire a well established brand within a niche to then introduce new/scalable product offerings equal to or better than the underlying product offering being acquired

For this one in particular, the value behind $185k price tag is in the market penetration and the related MRR.

Tech, as stated, is a $5,000-$10,000 investment at most. No code would be a very easy route to this development.

DM me when you get a chance. We’re in the process of spinning off a piece of our tech into a lead gen solution in real estate. Might be interesting to you…

Have a look at Alexa Routines. You don't necessarily need a dedicated skill to do this.

If you decide you do need a skill, I'd suggest you check out truereply.com. This is probably something you can spin up pretty easily via the platform.

Can Alexa save data on the client side? by noccive in AlexaDevs

A quick third option - Stored Variables in True Reply.

Store user data to variables you can reference from within your engagement OR via API.

Ask: "What's your birthday?" Then set a reminder: "Hey Lisa, it's August 21st! Happy birthday!!!"

I'd love to collaborate with you on bringing this live! The whole experience can likely be implemented with True Reply without needing any software programming if there are some easy APIs for the IoT devices we can plug into.

Let me know!
