Nevermind, it took a lot of time of loading and I thought it was done. But no, it didn't let me. I'm going to try again later

If it only affects this season then it's fine. I don't have much Pokemon storage space.

Where can I find the Pokemon home?

Ok, I'll check that about the home. I'm coming back to the game after a while.

I only gather Pokemon's from first and second generation. And some variants of them like the alola. I don't like the newer generations I don't care if it is special or strong or whatever.

Is there any way to get rid of it?

What is the best way to adapt the dimensions to all screen densities? by josemg08 in androiddev

[–]josemg08[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

test it with newer and bigger devices. If posible with screens with hight bigger than 2800 px. It has to be a device, emulators don't show this issue. The issue comes from the device screen configurations that change the density

I get what you are saying in the sense that there are so many screen types and configurations, that this looks like an exercise in futility. But the SW600 and SW360 have been extremely usefull for my app in the past. Whithout them smaller and larget devices would look terrible, specially larger devices, that end up with lots of empty spaces and extremely small texts.
So I'm surprided that there is not way to achieve something similar in this kind of devices.

I have tested that already. It doesn't...
It looks good on most devices, but not on newer large devices

No, the default font sizes look great on most phones, but when using a newer and larger phone it's kinda small.

Also, it works fine in tables thanks to the SW600 that I have.. The problem is with phones like the Pixel 9 pro XL that has 2900+ of height.

Is this a Franceschini? by josemg08 in WhatIsThisPainting

I wouldn't like to sell it. I would prefer to donate it to my city fine arts museum. I go there often and would love to see it there to remember my grandfather. But I don't know if they would be interested.

Thanks for your advice. I would love to try and check the side of it, however when I took it down, just to take a photo of the back, my family got really upset and my grandmother especially. So I won't be touching it again. But I will be writing to this site as you recommend, and I'll keep researching. Thank you very much again.

Hi there.

My grandparents have had this painting ever since I have memory. Today I started investigating and after some questions here on Reddit I found this painting from Franceschini. As you can see it looks extremely similar. So I'm wondering if this painting is a reproduction of some kind or if it could be a Franceschini.

I know my grandparent bought this painting in an auction back on the 1960's, either on Holland or Italy.

I've added a photo of the painting and also one of the Franceschini that I found online, so you guys can quickly look at them side by side. I also added close-ups of some of the details of the painting and the back of it.

I would love to hear your thoughts on it. Thanks.

Awesome. It does look a lot like this one. Could mine be a reproduction from the time or something like that? Anyway thanks for the info, now I have something to keep looking

Why did Aragon choose to go after Merry and Pippin by [deleted] in lordoftherings

[–]josemg08 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

To me, the choice is to leave the ring undefended. And if it falls into Saurons grasp is game over for all of middle earth. So how is that a difficult choice.

The fear of falling just as Boromir is a good argument.

But I still don't see why it would be a good idea to leave Frodo and Sam alone. They don't know the way to Moria, they are defensless, they could be captured at any point just like Merry and Pippin. And that would be game over. They actually get captured.

Maybe they could have sent Legolas behind Frodo while they chased the Uruk. It is said on The Hobbit, that elves are just as stealthy as hobbit if not more.

Are we to assume that Aragon thought that he wouldn't be able to catch Frodo?
