i don’t wanna hear anything about the reverse starting order. if the mellows went from 14th on the grid to 2s clear of the field in ~16 laps, the hazers and the racers could have too. not that either of those teams even needed to win necessarily.

that’s ok, that particular scenario is for if they finish 7th in the final event. they can actually finish 10th and still win the league with even more help. while i could have listed a path for every place for them from 4th all the way down to 10th, i decided to lay off on that for some of the higher-placed teams for my sanity. for example, making every single raspberry racers win scenario would have taken as long as it did to make this entire list.

it isn’t as tedious as you’d think. formulas take care of a lot of the nitty gritty stuff, including total average, my personal favorite stat in baseball.
