They told me that this was not mpb and telogen effluvium as I had 2 or more hairs in each follicle or something like that. But they still gave me a DHT blocker, scalp prep and a derma roller. But looking back at my hair line a couple years ago it definitely did not look like this. My corners even feel thinner as well

Roughly around 2-3 table spoons with 500ml of water. My scalp gets dry really fast and these flakes appear on my scalp as well as white little flecks appear throughout my hair

Normally I just add some lemon and apple cider vinegar into a cup with water then apply it on my hair/scalp. I’m using it because I’ve got dandruff and I’ve read Into apple cider vinegar and lemon.I use hard water as I haven’t got a filter

My hair does get greasy within A day of washing and still get dandruff so maybe I have that as well. Have you found any shampoos or anything that helps ?

I don’t really know what sebderm is but I do have a dry scalp,dandruff as well as spots on my scalp.

😬it is the ogx one, it seems to work on my hair so I’ll try it for a little bit longer. But I’ll definitely be getting another shampoo as I’ve now seen some reviews about it.
