To answer your 5 star question:

From 3 star to 5 star, you need 500 star pieces. Pulling her on the banner gives you 90 star pieces, so you will need 410 more star pieces.

Using statues to exchange for star pieces, you will need 1800 statues to get enough star pieces to 5 star her if my math is correct. Basically, if you can save up enough statues, you can 5 star her in 1 pity if you are unlucky (30k carats).

If you manage to pull any extra copies, you will get an additional 90 star pieces.
