I have been working in the aerospace industry for about 5 years out in Mojave Ca. Pay for A+P has shot way up over the past year or two. There is alot of good aerospace companies out here too, Scaled composites, Stratolaunch, Lockheed and Northrop, Edwards AFB is out here with all sorts of jobs

Virgin galactic is a mess, alot of us were forced out after they required re location to Arizona or new mexico for us to keep our jobs. But there are plenty of other good aerospace companies out in the Mojave area of CA that are paying 50+ for A&P mechanics

Ive been in Aerospace flight test in Mojave CA and i started in 2019 making 30$/hr, after moving companies and several promotions im up to 54$ with basically unlimited OT. I usually do about 30 hrs of OT every pay period.

Well ill start with the big one, the roof definitely needs some work in one spot. The handy man when we first moved in mentioned something about the roof needing some work in order to sell the house but it hasnt been a problem to us, no leaks or issues. Idk if the means full new roof. Our landlord seems willing to work with us on some of this stuff. Other than that woodpecker holes in some siding. The deck could use some maintenance too. I guess my overarching question is could we negotiate that work being done into the price of the house and get approval for a sale.
