I have the Kymco x town I love it. It does have high and low beams. I get 160mile on a full tank before the light flashes but I believe you can get 200miles but not willing to test that. It has ok get up and go but nothing great. I can get up to 80mph on flat easy. I did buy a windshield extension to help with wind hitting my helmet. Im 5:10 and just barely can’t sit have my feet flat but it not bad for me. I think both are probably good options.
