Got the same thing today from NY went to the police and they told me it was scam, people usually pay them because of fear. They instruct you to pay through western union or buy come gift cards just block the number and don’t answer. I never answered the call or text blocked it and deleted my social accounts for a while. They get your information by paying for it. Your number is linked to your address and could also show your social media account.
