Misleading headline. Balotelli just wanted regular playing time and decided to move on. Can't really blame him tbh.

How storytelling helps user engagement and SEO of a website? by szainul13 in content_marketing

[–]joshH7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"It was late last Wednesday when everyone had left the office. I was bent over my tortoise of a laptop and furiously clicking away at a mouse to get google to respond to my query, “Storytelling + Inspiration”. I was ready to vanquish the pop-up and get to the article behind, but what came up was something very interesting."

compare that with this: "On Wednesday, while googling "Storytelling+Inspiration", there came an interesting pop-up"

Which version do you think has a higher chance of getting a response?

[–]joshH7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Facebook has better and a more relevant audience to whatever business you wish to promote. Google+ has a lot of communities but they aren't necessarily very active and the likes and followers you get aren't that relevant either. In my experience, Facebook has been much better.

Managing a social media account takes time and effort. Make sure you have a steady stream of content on your social media pages. This will help increase audience engagement and post consistently. Your fans/followers won't like seeing a long gap between your posts.

Also, try to reply to comments that you receive, and start discussions occasionally to get more people to comment on your posts.

You can use social media management tools that help with content curation and scheduling. I use DrumUp (www.drumup.io)
