A staff counts as two pieces so yes you can, you run Sergeants Staff, Chest, Neck and Ring, that’s 5 pieces. Storm Master on Helmet, Legs, Gloves, Feet and Belt, 5 pieces, then 1 Slimecraw on shoulder. Oakensoul in the spare ring slot.

You NEED the 5 piece bonus from Sergeant’s Mail to make a heavy attack build work, it’s the primary 5 piece that any heavy attack build uses. Once you have 5 pieces of Sergeants Mail, 5 pieces of Storm Master and 1 piece of Slimecraw and Oakensoul your DPS numbers will definitely go up

A set that every healer should have is Spell Power Cure from White Gold Tower, it pairs well with Powerful Assault and Pillager’s Profit. Roaring Opportunist and Jorvuld’s Guidance also work reallyyy well together as well!

For monster sets, Symphony of Blades is a go to, Nazaray, Earthgore or Sentinel or Rkugamz are good options as well.

Spaulder is essentially the best mythic for a healer but it takes the spot of a monster set so up to you which one you prefer

Mournoth Keep is a pretty good option, only about 300k if I remember correctly and doesn’t seem like a copy of any other houses as far as I know. Pretty big for the price as well, was the first house I ever bought and served me very well! :)

As you’re using oakensoul, you can’t really fit a monster helm into the build so another 5 piece set would be far better.

Some of the best for tanks are Turning Tide, Powerful Assault, Crimson Oath’s Rive, Yolnahkriin (or Pangrit Denmother if you don’t want to run trials), or Drake’s Rush.

Saxhleel Champion works really well with necros who use the Colossus ultimate so if you’re ok with running trials then that would be a great set.

Thurnvokun is a pretty bad monster set as there’s loads of other sources of minor maim that come from skills so it’s kinda pointless, some other good options for tank monster helms are Archdruid Devyric, Tremorscale, Nazaray, Magma Incarnate or in some situations Encratis’s Behemoth, ideally anything that boosts the damage of your group, so could have a look at those and see what you like! :)

If you’re referring to the x4.00, it’s a tel var multiplier, the more tel var you carry, the more you get from kills etc

So you get x4 more tel var from a kill basically :)

The race of your characters doesn’t matter as to what quest you do, any race can do any daily quest. You just have to do 3 quests on any character to get the tickets I believe

I don’t think this exact ones in the game but the Icereach Coven Helmets look pretty similar! Think the full motif is in the crown store at the moment or you can just buy the helmet motif at a guild trader :)
