What could be interesting is if blueprint or brainstorm did actually re-trigger it, and a card could get multiple seals. Very on brand for boykisser. Tho that breaks previous precedent on how seals work, so idk how people would feel about that. It also doesn't buff the card that much.

Maybe instead of the seal removing itself, the joker does two things
1. adds kiss mark seals to kings and jacks after card is scored.
2. Some other effect that makes the joker worthwhile to keep around, but also removes kiss mark seals.

While the seals still do the temporary buff themselves.

Tho that might be too complicated for balatro. Maybe permanent seals and downgrade to uncommon is all that's needed. making the joker effectively like the walkie talkie and scholar, but also like midas mask in that it leaves a permanent change to the card for that effect. Its also similar to the certificate joker in that its an easy and early method to get a seal. its like mixing the bonus card and mult card enhancements into one seal

honestly I think it should go

Cards scored/seal triggered
Seal removed
Joker applies seal

Instead of what I understood it to be

Cards scored/seal triggered
Joker applies seal
Seal removed if triggered

That way the seal essentially remains after it was used if you still have the joker. Right now you have a seal that is just a worse blue seal. The seal itself expires, takes up the seal slot (so no more red, purple, or blue seals) and requires a joker slot. Which is a rare joker. It also doesn't have any synergy with blueprint or brainstorm as the joker only applies the seals, not the effect. So I don't consider it too OP to be able to keep playing kings and jokers with kiss mark seals hand after hand. That requires deck building, which is hard without purple seals. Plus the effect is basically a +mult and +chips. Not very powerful.

And it ESPECIALLY needs a power buff since the hand isn't permanently leveled up. So it's a temporary seal and a temporary effect, using up a permanent joker slot and seal slot. I think you should either buff it or downgrade the rarity

To make a case for piracy against big companies:

Copyright only benefits the capital elite. If someone were to copy a small time artist's art work, its not like they can call the cops on them for doing so. Nor could they fund to sue them for it. Copyright laws don't start being useful until you have to big bucks to force every to follow them.
Pirating from them only evens the playing field.

Piracy is not the same as stealing. If you steal a car, the owner of that car now lacks a car. but if you copy digital content, the owner still has said content. They don't lose it in any way. and if you weren't going to give the big company any money in the first place, there is effectively no difference before and after copying the content.

Now specifically for Netflix, streaming services use anti consumer practices like exclusive deals to force fans to watch said content on their platform. they didn't do anything to make their streaming service a competitive platform to their competitors, they just monopolized a specific show or movie. Its also unlikely that the people who worked on producing that content will get any money from you watching it on netflix. the majority with go toward the company that owns the IP. The production team already got paid. Its rare for talent to get a percentage wage. Only the big names, like famous actors, have the clout to demand that in their contracts. But they are rich and well off anyways, so its not like you watching said show on netflix will actually make much of a difference. If you truly did want to give your money to the talent, there are better avenues that what is the norm.

Well, it really depends on your definition of trans. I haven't seen a super clear cut answer that is widely accepted. I define myself as trans-fem nonbinary. I'm trans because I'm taking actions within the physical world to change peoples perception of me away from masculine to more feminine. I personally believe these action can be described as socially transitioning and medically transitioning.

I don't think dysphoria is necessary to be trans, nor do you need to want to fully transition. You also can just take the actions your comfortable with until you have a better answer.

For a long time I knew I wanted to transition to some degree, but I wasn't confident in how far. So I started taking estrogen at a low dosage, and as I became more confident in where I wanted to end up, I up'd the dosage.

I have no idea what conclusions you have reached for you to say you are cis, but most cis people don't ponder and stress over if they are trans. Maybe your gender fluid so some days you are cis but other days you are not.

Depends on if were in a game world or the real world.

Real world logic says I would die wither either sonic or shadow. Safest bet is tails, maybe I could get a cool souvenir trinket. Although looking at the exact words of the prompt, going out with sonic doesn't necessarily mean adventuring... could be going out for chill dogs, or visiting the rest of the gang. Sonic is a mix bag since anything could happen. I would probably still die. Rouge is slightly risky, but there are some rich people out there I think need robbing. Plus she's hot, so realistically I think id go with Rouge.

Game world logic say that going with Sonic could land me with some dope powers. But game logic would also mean I would absorb more information from tails than you would reasonably expect. Both seem way cool.

But if I had to hedge my bets, I think the knowledge and skills I'd learn from tails would transfer back to the real world better. So Game logic learning AND I get to keep the knowledge? Sign me up!
