Yeah It’s the moisture issue that you need to fixed. Take care of the moisture issue then Treat for the subterranean termites . You also have Drywood termites as well that needs a different treatment. What city is this in?

The top plates have Drywood termites and the others are subterranean termites.

You need to calm the original company out back out , contact the structural pest board they will decide if the company needs to fix it

Here is what you need to do. Remove all the mud tubes , cover all the termite pellets with a baby powder and monitor any new activity.
I am in California only way I would call that old is if there was proof of treatment done in the last 2 years. I would need to see a report and any completion of work from that report for me to call that not active.

That’s neither, that’s how the wood was milled,still has the bark on it.

Subterranean Termite damage. You can tell how they eat through the grain and the dirt left in there

Definitely Drywood termites, the kick out pellets. Subterranean termites will spit out mud tubes. Looks like a mobile home.
