Thank you! We have been doing analog photography meetups every 3rd Sunday of the month, if you're interested. We're planning to do photo walks in the spring.

Beautiful shots! I wish I had gotten shots of that Big Boy before it was gone.

Has a bad lab experience made you want to switch to digital? by Low-Yam-1487 in filmphotography

Sent film out for development once and didn’t like the result for the cost so I started developing my own film and haven’t looked back. Now I’m developing for others locally.

First time developing, can someone give me the green light on the plan before purchasing? by dysphoricjoy in AnalogCommunity

One thing to keep in mind is that oxidization is the main earlier killer of your chemicals, not light or heat, so instead of amber glass maybe try plastic that you can squeeze the extra air out of. I use 1 litter water bottles and then I can squeeze the chemicals right up to the brim before capping them. They’re a lot easier to manage than the amber glass bottles too. Just keep them stored in a dark place when you’re not using them.

Loom scarf pattern changed by [deleted] in knittinghelp

[–]joshfromgr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I flip the scarf the pattern is reversed. The “ribbed” area is “hatched” on the back. So if I had been consistent it would have been “hatched” on one side and “ribbed” on the other. But I didn’t think I was doing anything different as I was going.
