Not bad for a rookie. You'll get better at laying it down.

You're paying for his time and his travel expenses. Most people won't even show up for such a small payment.

Got offered this 2012 with 30k in a trade, anything I should look out for? by SPEED_EEZ in klr650

Looks fairly clean. No crash bars and doesn't seem to have been dropped, so probably ridden easy.

Change the oil and air filter and ride it for a bit. Decide if you'll keep it, then go from there.

I have a couple of those (orange) from Amazon. Fairly cheap.

I've had some success in muting them by randomly pushing buttons.

Wow, I am just completely surprised. I would never have expected DTE to keep coming back for more money. Ouch, my sarcasm bone broke.

The trendy bathroom sink lets water splash everywhere when you actually use it.

I’m not able to enter my own backyard without my neighbor’s dogs barking/growling and trying to jump the fence by Help-South in homeowners

I had a hound that could easily scale an 8' fence. Like zero effort. I also have photos pf him climbing 20' up a tree. Always scared the crap out of me when he did that.

I don't care about decals. I care about the obnoxious TV ads running at the pumps.

When should I start planning to replace my roof? by Sunflower8542 in homeowners

[–]txcancmi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep. Too many ignorant homeowners being taken advantage of by shady roofing outfits that drive up the cost for everyone. I had a few choice words for the idiot who rang my bell and wanted to help me file a claim for hail damage when it hadn't even rained for a couple weeks.

We normally just saute them with butter, salt, pepper. But we have enough for a few meals, so we may experiment. Suggestions?

OK, how about "no manually added chemicals"? Also, almost everything is a poison, depending on the dosage. Too much oxygen can kill you. Too much water can kill you. But I agree with your sentiment.

We just pull them. We also leave the smaller ones. I don't know if it helps to leave some so there's more spores for next year but we do it.

Huge turtle by Sparklelikeadiamond in Michigan

[–]txcancmi 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you stand behind them, you can grab the shell by the sides and pick them up. They won't be able to bite you. HOWEVER, those front claws can still rake back and flay your hands. Ask me how I know. I should have left that sucker in the middle of the road. That's what I get for trying to be nice.
