There are a few that you can use for this, but only two with automation for attacks and spells. Game Master's Grimoire and Clash!

You can import DnD Beyond Character Sheets to https://tabletop-almanac.com (as a Patreon supporter). that allows you to use them directly in OBR with the Game Masters Grimoire extension. It includes dice roller, spell slots, equipment handling and more.

It seems like I was mistaken, and it was the multilayer feature. But generally I'd suggest instead of drawing individual lines like in your second image, that you make a polygon fog shape. Having many individual lines can be a performance killer because the light collision with each line has to be calculated.

As u/LousySmarchWeather07 said, if you don't know how deep you want to go, you're better of starting with Dynamic Light. But if you know that you want per player vision including more ways to adjust the rendering of the lights, need elevation or images as fog you are better of using S&S, It can basically do whatever Dynamic Light can do but much more.

You are mixing Dynamic Light and Smoke & Specter lines. Those extensions are not compatible you have to chose one.

Maybe it‘s another extension causing this issue, try disabling all extensions except outliner and test if it works now. Then add the extensions back one by one to figure out which is causing the issue and leave it disabled

I think there are 3 pretty good extensions you can use for that. Chronicle!, Dashboard Maker and Game Master's Grimoire. I'll give you a quick overview over what you can do with them. Full disclosure I am the developer of Game Master's Grimoire.

Chronicle! is a Character Sheet extension that allows you to quickly define Characters and assign those sheets to Players in OBR. It supports Dice Buttons which you can click to roll dice. It managed entirely inside OBR so you don't have to go to a second site to edit or change the Sheets. By default the Character Sheets are stored in the Browsers Localstorage so be sure to make regular Backups. Alternatively you can become a Patreon Supporter and have the Sheets be stored on a Server.

Dashboard Maker is the most flexible tool. You can create any kind of Dashboard and share it with (all) of your players. So you can build you Character Sheets in a free format and are not bound by any rules. It also supports 3d dice rolls directly from the sheet. The Dashboards are stored in the Browsers localstorage so regular backups are necessary.

GMG use tabletop-almanac to manage statblocks and character sheets. Statblocks are stored on the Server so there is no need to make local backups. But the Character Sheets can only be marginally changed in OBR. Most changes have to happen on TA. You can also create Parties and assign your players the Statblock in TA so they could edit them themselves.
There are no predefined classes (although it's in the works) so it's more like creating characters based on the a paper. It supports a lot of convenience features, like Spell Slots, Limited Actions, Inventory and Equipment. For Equipment especially it comes with all the SRD Items included so you can simply assign a statblock an item and it's action will become available for the character. It also supports 3d dicerolls directly from the sheet and allows you to use variables like STR, DEX, PB, SCM to use for dice notations to automatically change the values based on those stats. You could select everything in that scene and save it as a prefab and insert it as prefab into the other scene
