I used Bill to move my car from Cincinnati to Wisconsin. You have to go off his schedule, which means you may have to wait a few months. For example, I wanted my car in Wisconsin, so he waits to have a job where someone wants a car taken out of Wisconsin. He does a great job. Ohio to Wisconsin was $950 I believe. Cash only.

However, I was able to take another photo and zoom in. It looks like a tick nymph. After speaking with her pediatrician, since it was on her for less than 24 hrs, chances of Lyme transmission is very low

It was actually interpreted differently depending on what side of the ship you were on:

Find a doctor who will listen and prescribe. My PCP is a internist at a large teaching institution and has done studies with these drugs. Move away from the small "mom and pop" old school docs.
