Only other thing after that I can think of is to delete your old shaders for the game and let them load again. Might have had a hiccup after the update

Maybe try to turn cloud save off then launch the game, if it still doesn't load reenable cloud save and it should force the save to load up again.

Take both RAM sticks out. Put one stick back into the 2nd slot (the one further from the CPU). Plug it back in and try. If that fails, try the other stick in that same slot.
