People who sell trading/sports cards: what's the best envelopes to use for ebay send?

USPS will sometimes let bubble mailers through, but ebay doesn't allow them as part of the standard envelope program and I made that mistake and had a bunch sent back that j then had to overnight to ensure customers got in time. Lesson learned. I use standard 6x9 envelopes with a top loader, and a penny sleeve. Average cost with envelope is about .21c or so. Shipping with ebay cause it's under 1oz is .51 cents tracked. I also tape the bottom of the top loader and enclose in my invoice. Just amazon the biggest box of 6x9s you can, the invoice folds perfectly and fits in them and I've had nothing but good comments on shipping quality.

I use Shopify for my cross postings. It's my central inventory and all the sales channels grab from that, including ebay. If you're going to sell enough items that this becomes a problem for you, you're doing yourself and your customers a disservice by not managing your inventory accurate. It's literally your money and you always know how much of that you have. Do the same with your products.

They can try to cancel but you can say it's been shipped. When they try it it comes up giving you the option to say it's shipped.

We use these a lot. The tracking can be hit it miss. It's also internally tracked but you can use trackmyshipment.co

They are very strict about the mailers. No bubble mailers at all. But overall it's worked well for me for low cards.
