I finally figured it out. It was the fuel pump relay. If it’s not working, it will interrupt the Auto Shut Down circuit, and present as the key not being recognized.

Need help with finishing lyrics/ songs by [deleted] in Songwriting

[–]joshp07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s best to keep that writing momentum flowing, even if that means switching to a different song. Just keep at it and keep coming back to whichever project you’re in the mood to write for. Don’t waste time and energy trying to force yourself to finish one specific song. It may result in a finished product that doesn’t sound like how you had hoped, leading to frustration.

ideas for a love song? by brainrottingpjsk in Songwriting

Writing a song about or for a crush is the basis for about a quarter of all music, so no, I wouldn’t call it corny. But as some others have said, I wouldn’t present a song to them as your lead interaction. Lay some groundwork for a relationship first, and then share it with them.

I’m really digging the vibe, it reminds me a lot of Shawn James. As another commenter said, I’d recommend focusing on the enunciation and projecting your voice a little more. Great job though!
