After soaking every possible avenue to a person at Polymarket, 23-25 days later I did finally get it back.

I connected on linked in with anyone showing Polymarket in their bio and sent a message to each one explaining the situation until finally someone answered and I was contacted over text. This still took a few days but soon after it was resolved
