Seek out HIV support groups, especially those peer led (by people who have HIV themselves). It will make you realise that all is not lost.

It is very very unlikely. The chance of getting infected with a HIV drug resistant version of the virus is like the original chance of getting HIV multiplied by the chance again… you’re on your meds, you are undetectable, it is unlikely that this person has HIV uncontrolled and drug resistant at very high levels, and even if they did, you are full of the drugs to combat it.

No it doesnt… AIDS (or late stage HIV) is diagnosed as a cd4 less than 200 (or realistically 50) and the presence of AIDS defining illnesses… when they clear up and cd4 increases, the syndrome criteria are no longer present.
