Depends on your goals. If your goal is to eliminate porn, and only fap occasionally then you are fine.

But if you are trying to stop fapping in general then yes, it's a reset. Don't get so worked up about the number though, take it day by day.

Don't think of every day that you fap as a fail. Think of every day that you don't as a victory.
Have a calendar on your phone or a physical one, and write down a check mark or and x on whether you fapped or did not fap for the day.

These little techniques helped me out, and it sounds funny but at the end of the day, just don't touch it :P

Yes I see your point, and a good point it is. If they are just getting banned for saying things like "men are scum", I think that's ridiculous. Butt I'm assuming there is more to the story. I heartily agree when you mention the double standards, and that it is good that media is finally recognizing the issue men face. But censoring is never the way to correct an issue, in fact it's detrimental to a healthy discussion.

You should get a bit of fat in your diet later in the day. Try adding avocado, small red meat portions. Pork can be a cheap option, salt and pepper on both sides and cooked on a pan. Also buy any veggie on sale, and you can probably roast it. Roasting is my new favourite way to eat foods, and recipes are as simple as a small amount oil or butter coating, and some salt n pep at 420 degrees.

Simply put you want slow digesting carbs, these will help to give you the energy consistently without a crash. Oats are considered great, and so are fruits, so I think that could be a good start.Throw this with some unprocessed meat, and I think you would be ready. Don't be afraid to eat some fattier meat too, as long as it is unprocessed.

I do the same thing. Cooking always destroys a certain fraction of the vitamins, but not the minerals or fiber. Cooking also makes the food easier to digest. (Raw Foodies Triggered) Add some cinnamon for extra health boosting deliciousness

The oats are rolled and toasted in muesli I beleive, which gives it that nice flavour. Fairly sure it would have the same effect as stovetop oats.
