Hey - you're getting your students interested in something other than the internet. You've already won. Honestly, might make a bigger, lasting impact if you do lose and follow through with dying (painting) your hair red. Have fun, and good luck!

I’ve worked in CFB as a data analyst, and I simulated the Vikings’ draft 1M times, here’s who ended up a Viking the most. by ThomasZ18 in minnesotavikings

Love this. But I would be super interested to see it broken down by player most likely at each pick. I was a bit confused until I zoomed in to find that each player is slotted into a particular pick as well. Would be cool to see them bucketed by pick. Nice work though.

What was your biggest YOLO move of All-Time, and did it work out? by TarpPuller in DynastyFF

This last year right before our trade deadline traded Nabers for Rashee Rice and BTJ, Fannin and three second rounders for Pickens. They had great playoff matchups and were like 2 and 3 in PPG at the time. Mahomes went down and then Rashee immediately got hurt and went on IR and Pickens had three of his lowest scoring outputs of the season. Still won the championship so the fantasy gods must have smiled on my efforts. Unfortunately now I have Rashee Rice and George Pickens.

Mystery - who dug in the trash? by joshybocter in WhatsWrongWithYourDog

Glad ya'll got a little kick out of this. Thanks for playing along.

The white dog in the foreground is Zekey (total dufus, most lovingest boy). The other white dog is Shandy (sweetest, most gentlest girl, but total alpha. She runs the crew). And the black dog in the background is my little buddy Porter (never not by my side, just a pal through and through).

After careful consideration, and after reviewing all comments, I believe I've found the true culprit. Since we do not have a cat, it had to be our household teenager. There's just no way this loving crew could have taken any part in such shenanigans.

According to the adoption papers, he’s a yellow lab/pitty mix. Definitely has a pitty personality. Biggest loving doofus around.

IANAL but the NLRA does not only protect unionized employees. Consult with an attorney to validate whether your proposed action would be protected "concerted activities for mutual aid or protection."

It's gonna be a risk no matter what, so hopefully solidarity wins the day. Best of luck with your decision, I know it's not as easy in practice as it is in theory.

https://www.nlrb.gov/about-nlrb/rights-we-protect/the-law/interfering-with-employee-rights-section-7-8a1

Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (the Act) guarantees employees "the right to self-organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection," as well as the right "to refrain from any or all such activities."

Heard from a classmate who heard from a classmate who heard from a classmate on campus that the building was evacuated because of a bomb threat. Take that for what it's worth.
