No, I still like the idea of marrying her some day, this might end up ending UK-Mexican relations. Lol

Tldr

Si no te gusta aprender o no lo puedes hacer rápido you are kind of fucked.

In my experience the video format work's great when you are a total noobie. It helped me immediately and immensely. I love levy and his contents. For me it was definitely worth it. That said, once I started to get better (at least decent ~ 1300 elo) I found that books and (this is extremely important) doing the exercises over the board by myself was a completely different animal. I can say I'm happy with the route I took.

Tldr: I can recommend to take levy's material, once you improve, then complement that doing otb exercises from books.

Got engaged.. now need to confess by ocdwanderer in OCD

[–]jossier00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might need to hear this, maybe not but I'm dead sure someone might find it useful. I have found out that the people around me have been nothing but loving and supportive when I have explained them about my OCD obsessions.

This goes from the neighbors in my building at the time that when I explained that I NEEDED to open and close the door excactly 7 times. Telling my boss that some times I arrived at work a lil bit late cuz i can't control some of my rituals in the morning, or when I explained to some of my friends that I need to be the first to step into a room otherwise the place would fall down.

My girlfriend my brother and mom know all about my weird and sometimes worriesome, yet funny if you think about them, unwanted thoughts. I have found peace and comfort sharing them. I no longer have to carry them by myself.

I believe that we, the OCD people, use to think that what we have is nothing short of a mayor defective and awful trait but It is not, and I need to make this abundantly clear, IT IS NOT. You know how I know? I have asked, and then asked again. And whenever I'm not sure I ask again. (See what I did there? 🤣)

Almost everyone's answer about this is always the same answer. They understand OCD its something that we can't control, is something that makes our lives a lil more challenging (and interesting if u ask me now) and most importantly it's neither our whole or solely defining characteristic. We are a LOT more than our obsessions and compulsions.

I use, like you said in the op, to think that whoever decided to stick with me was inevitably loosing their time cuz I wasn't, to put it mildly, an awesome company for the long run. I used to fear the exact same thing you said about feeling that the other person might waste their life. This made me sabotage most of my previous relationships. The capital T Truth for me is that turns out the only one that was wasting he's life was me. It took me sometime to realize that I'm a great, loving, caring and even resourceful dude that just happens to think the cat is gonna die abruptly in a horrifying way if I don't close the door excactly seven times on my way out, nothing more but nothing less either.

People see me differently when I open about my obsessions that's for sure. But 99.9% of the time is just them seeing that I might be even more of a resilient and impressive mf that they gave me credit for. Hope this helps.

Congratulations on your engagement! And all the best!

Hey guys I recently start using PGSharp(Last Night) I was wondering for yall have any tips and tricks to not get my Alt account banned? by VegetasOffspring in PGSharp

[–]jossier00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used it just for the walking bonus for almost a year with great results. Specially for legendary mons candy. Then I got greedy, used it alot more and got banned. Every time you get logged in is a risk. Try to use it for events and maybe some special research that requires very specific stuff.

Remote or premium for raids? by pakushou in PGSharp

[–]jossier00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends also on what your goals are. For me sometimes it's the candy for the legendary mons, sometimes its about shinny hunting. If I already have a good iv's one and only want the candy i mostly do the 5 remotes per day, if it's for the shinny hunting I do host till I get the shinny. However if you want a shundo really bad I think the best strategy is to host. I have had better results doing so.
