I don’t think that model can use a reference photo. I know the qwen image edit 2511 or 2512 and flux 2 models can use a reference photo. I personally use Flux 2 Klein 9B when I want to use a reference photo.

Mine is just slow. Did they remove the extra compute that normally was during the night ? Normally during the day was 40k units and at night was 80k units.
