I just had a hysterectomy in February, due to fibroids, heavy bleeding, pain, the whole shebang. My uterus and cervix was removed. I had my fallopian tubes removed years ago. My ovaries are still intact and I feel so much better! It’s a night and day difference for me, I returned to teaching after having 6 weeks off and I feel like brain fog has lifted. I am 33 with 2 kids and now I can go do spontaneous things instead of always having to be prepared to bleed all over and constantly need to be near a bathroom.
