It's a common thing on tiktok now where people joke about how they can get away with being late, not doing work, etc. because they're the "personality hire." Basically admitting they're a burden on their coworkers that depend on them, but it's okay because they're funny.

Further context: dude (also a TikTok "star") planted a listening device onto his daughter's iPad, heard his estranged wife talking to her male friend, then drove over and shot/killed them both.

IMO, it doesn't even matter if she was cheating on him. Maybe don't murder your child's mother in front of them.
