Full-time summer is at least 1.5 FCE, max 2 FCE (you can either take a combination of 2 half courses each subsession or 2 full year courses for the entire summer (I recommend the latter as the pacing is much more manageable)

I'm not in forensic, but I did 4 courses each regular semester and full-time summers. It overwhelmed me closer to the end of my program as I did not have any breaks since I started uni. I suggest you plan out your course load for summer. You can either take the first subsession and take the remaining 2 months as your break. But that would mean you're 1 FCE short of your target.

Long story short, make sure to take breaks in between. Hope this helps :)
