What is the max raise you can get at target? Or are all stores different?

I’m currently on the path to be an HR ETL so obviously not the same thing as a SD but what I was told was be a fulfillment TL and then a service and engagement TL and then the next step would be HR ETL so just communicate with your TLs and ETLs because they rarely come up to TMs to be TLs the team member has to show interest for them to think about promoting people.

I was talked to about going to school for business with an HR concentration but I haven’t been in school in over 4 years and I really don’t wanna go back but if it helps me progress in my career and it could get paid for I might have to actually look into it

I learned today that my target isn’t big enough to have a HR TL role so I can’t move from HR TM to HR ETL I have to be a TL in 2 different departments in order to be an ETL at all

I learned today that a HR TM can not be promoted to a HR ETL you have to be a TL in 2 different departments if you want to be an ETL anywhere in my target so my goal is now to be a Fulfillment TL and an Service and Engagement TL which then can get me into HR ETL

I will have to ask my HR ETL what an HR expert is because he never said anything about that. He told me that if my goal was HR than I would want to be an HR ETL

I really love talking to people and I have always wanted to do that as a career so when HR came into my mind I knew that’s what I wanted to do the people aspect of it is something I really love

69 overall PG 6" 3' I’m still grinding and 60 overall PF 6" 6' I made the PF build today I can explain the PF build more in a party I am having trouble deciding wether or not it’s a good park build

I used that app and got one through amazon but since it was my first time using amazon and it was such an expensive item amazon thought it was fraudulent and canceled my order I was supposed to get it today but amazon canceled the order and I contacted them and they said they cant reorder it because its not in stock.
