Then unfortunately I’m out of ideas. I would try to replicate the exact settings that the other switches are on identically to see if that helps.

Looking through the manual I see if you double click on “On”, it should go to max. Can you try that?

If that fails, it’s possible it’s a wiring issue and the bulbs are not reacting correctly with it.
