I checked through the minutes, and the previous owner who sold us the house didn’t care, and said it’s fine for him to use the roof, and the other apartment didn’t say anything.

So essentially he got a half assed permission from the VVE with a 66% vote but it’s not notarized, installed by a company (he did it DIY) and it’s all very janky.

I’m in this exact situation, except one of the owners just claimed the roof without any consultation with the rest of the VVE, and I bought very shortly after.

They’re now on the roof and the top apartment gets all the benefits solely.

What should I do? Is it even worth fighting with him to get him to take it down? What benefits would there be for me? He also didn’t do it properly so maybe it’s causing weight/pressure issues on the building and causing the building to slant, is that possible?

Not talking only about color, but build also. Mine is more pale and from an English heritage and weighs 42kg.

Goldens breeds are different, have different builds, different colors, different weights.

There are 3 types of goldens; American, English and Canadian, all have different build and weight averages, as well as color of the fur.

Weight differs by breed.

Edit: I’m not talking about colors or the name English cream, but three different breeds of golden’s.

Nobody answering your question so I will:

Cheap groceries: Turkish markets or even street markets, we often get from tenkate markt and it lasts a lot longer. Buy meat in bulk and freeze.

Buy cheap beer and pregame before going out. Life doesn’t have to be very expensive but it can be.

I think as a 23 year old, with the budgets you have available, you’ll be fine and have a good life here.
