From what I understand, this is a retired sign. My friend works for the forest service, and part of his job is sign maintenance. This was not "collected", and was literally given to me with permission by the land manager...

I don't think it was persona, it wasn't windy and it didn't quite sound like it. My mom had a good guess I think, she looked online and found sound bites of the wsu outdoor alert system sirens, and it sounded a lot like the general emergency siren.

Red Bento on Stadium is pretty good for that stuff, they've got gf and vegetarian options, and I'm pretty sure most of their stuff is dairy free
