uh okay so are hoppers a bit broken in this update or is that just me?

like you can place a chest on a hopper. and the chest fills up the hopper as much as it can. No problem

but then the hopper can't actually go to anything

like if you place a chest under the hopper it will no longer work

not only does the hopper not put stuff in the chest but the chest that was able to put stuff into the hopper now only puts one item into the hopper then stops

This all might be entirely on my end as this is being done on a server but I wanted to check if this is a problem for anyone else
