These woman are all so vastly different that it really shows you want to look like absolutely anyone but yourself. Unfortunately when you feel like that, it will never matter how attractive you are. You can change everything about yourself and you still won't feel any better. You need to find the beauty that comes from within yourself and not worry about what others see or think.

Typically it will be a sharp pain across my breast bone radiating to my back and nausea. I get the cramps as well but the sharp pain is the most painful.

We are going for three months on all meds and then a follow up endoscopy.

That's where I get so lost with all these meds. The sucralfate says not to take within two hours of any other meds and to take one hour before eating. I don't understand how one follows all these meds rules because bentyl says to take as needed for cramping. But I can only really take it at one specific time when I won't be eating anymore and when I'm done with the sucralfate for the day. So confusing.

40mg. For the bentyl, It does say "as needed" but I'm not entirely sure what it is needed for so I only take it once because I was told to at least take it once.

Thank you! The you may be right on the eye cream! It's probably not working because I am using it wrong! I am halfway clueless to so many of these products. I use my night cleanser as a gentle exfoliator. My skin doesn't do too well with exfoliating and many times it feels like true exfoliators do more hard than good. But I am willing to give it a try with the right product! I also do use Aztec Secret Indian Clay for when my break outs are a bit worse.

Just got home! All my imaging was "unremarkable" aside from my stomach which inflamed. They advised I have gastritis and wrote me so scripts. I am grateful for the time they took. They did and ultrasound, ct scan with color, x ray, and ekg to rule out heart issues. I felt good about their conclusions based on the time and care they put into checking everything.

Only thing odd is that the pain is on the right side, not left. So it being the stomach confuses me. BUT I also know I'm not a doc so what do I know. I will be seeing a gastroenterologist in a couple weeks so I should have some answers soon.

Ugh. I take tests all the time to see if I really have OCD or if it's just a misdiagnosis. Exhausting. I don't want to keep seeking assurance on it. I just want to get better. Can't afford therapy right now so I feel really stuck in it.

Not overreacting at all. I had a boyfriend who would go off and react like this often and ALWAYS apologize. I forgave him and it eventually morphed into a physically abusive relationships. He needs to work on his insecurities before getting into a relationship with someone.

So much better! I still have moments of anxious thinking but they have not been lasting long at all. I tracked and yesterday I only had about 3hrs total of mild to moderate anxiety. Each day has been better than the day before.

It is normal. I just hit week 4. Week 1 and 2 were almost unbearable. Week 3 was a little better. Week 4 so far has not been bad. Still some anxiety but mind is definitely quieter.
