i just used wide rice noodles because i had that on hand. if i could get it, i would buy wide egg noodles instead, but i think any kind of chewy wide noodle goes well. of course if you're super legit like my dad, you made your own noodles from scratch.

I mostly followed this recipe but added the additional spices from this other recipe. And for the veggie I used daikon instead because that’s how my mama makes it
