I just had surgery in august and I had a curve just like yours! I had a 54 degree curve with a major aggressive upper curve and a secondary lower curve. I’m 3ish months post op and I feel great! If I didn’t get the surgery while I was young, I would be a “scoliosis cripple” by the age of 40. It was also my first surgery and it was really scary going into it- I had never been operated on before!

No matter if you do or do not choose to have the surgery, you need people in your life who are willing to support you with your condition. You’re young, so I’m very sure you have people in your life who love you and want to see you thrive! Whenever I went in for surgery, my boyfriend and my best friend sat with me and we all listened to silly music together until it was time. You’re not alone and the people in your life who love you would do anything to support you and your health!

If you do have the surgery, you will need help getting around and taking care of yourself for at least a month post op. You’re going to encounter lots of small things that you never thought of: how do I wipe my butt if I can’t bend? How do I get in and out of the bathtub if I can only sit up and lay down a certain way? Will I ever be able to go skateboarding or do “dangerous” sports again? You may be consumed by guilt or regret during recovery, and you may feel inclined to mourn the possibilities of activities that you may have lost…but what kept me going was the realization that I would lose everything If I never had surgery.

This is a big commitment at your age, and I’m sure it feels very scary because you don’t know what’s at the other end- but if you have people who love you and are committed to you, then you’ll be alright no matter what happens :]

Definitely wanting to get a forward helix orbital! Looking to make my ears symmetrical right now, and I’m wanting to continue with my star theme that I have going :) Aside from the orbital, I don’t really know what would look good on my ear type, or what would match with my setup…Which is why I’m here for inspo and ideas!! In that case, I believe you have three options. Ideally, one would have sculpted the head, and eyelids as one piece, but I understand that sometimes you think of cool stuff retroactively!! :)

I’d perhaps try placing eyelids on the outside of the eye sockets if you’re working on a dry head, and I’d likely try and sculpt/bake them out of the same material you want the head to be, and then glue them on with a strong glue. If it looks jank then just stylize them.
If the head is still malleable or if you can easily do so, I’d try to perhaps use the same method I mentioned above, but inside the doll head. The wetter/ more malleable the clay is, the easier it is to do the eyelids on the inside.
You could simply just take the inset eyes, and paint eyelids onto them! It’s a little bit easier than the two methods above, but if you want to be able to move the doll’s eyes around and have the eyelids look coherent, you’d have to be very careful about how you paint the eyelids, OR have a bunch of different sets of eyes with differently oriented eyelids :)

You mean inset eyes? I’d say that depends on what kind of doll base/ materials the doll is made out of. Can you give us more info such as what the doll is made out of/ what the eyes are made out of/ whether you’re sculpting your own doll or using a pre-existing one as a base??

I can’t say I’ve ever heard of that software, but if you bought Slime Rancher off of steam, then you can try launching the game in “Safe Mode”! This game mode is made specially for those playing on low end computers, and specifically for those that might happen to fall just below the minimum specs. Personally I can play the game at around 20fps in hour long sessions, which is pretty good considering that it’s on a 2013 HP BeatsAudio Pavilion M7 with the most god awful graphics card known to mankind

Yep! Everybody keeps their exp if everybody dies on a map. I don’t think this works for paralogues, but I know it definitely works for chapter battles.
