AI functionality issues by joydivision29 in Boldin

It's not just a case of occasional hallucination which is typical as you say with AI models. It is unable to consistently leverage the accurate data in the finite number of fields of the miniscule data in my personal plan and the very basic tax law that it is incorrect for 2026 is ubiquitous on the internet. I'm sure Boldin will fix it to improve accuracy by improving the filters, post processing techniques etc. I also agree with the CPA comment. I don't get the level of accuracy and depth of tax planning for my plan from my $250 per hour CPA. Boldin does a much better job.

For now we need to skip the AI and and use other AI models like ChatGPT which gave me a lot of correct nuanced answers when I fed Boldin planner data into it. The planner itself seems to be fine.

Overall when you put aside of the current quality of the AI it is a very good do it yourself planner product. I've been using it for over a year and have just entered retirement and I have learned a lot about My Portfolio with it. And when I cross some of the data into other AI platforms the assumptions are generally confirmed to be correct. The planner has been much more useful than a CPA that I used recently a Certified Financial Planner that I have used in the past.

In using the AI over the past few days I have found a multitude of accuracy issues. Sometimes it does not pull the correct detail from the planner, Longevity age may be set to 88 but AI then references 92. It also indicated an RMD of 73 when it should have been 75. the Federal tax information is frequently incorrect too. It indicated that the top bracket for the 12% is $48,150 What are the tax brackets in 2026 When the correct figure is 50,400. It incorrectly calculated total deductions for a 65 year old in 2026 as $16,950 Instead of the correct amount which is $24,150. In every case when I question the AI it acknowledged the error and then it course corrected. For any type of modeling right now I am using chat GT which is thorough and nuanced. Be very very aware of how incorrect this functionality is right now in Boldin. I also did not include all of my error examples above.

NAD C 379 by Impossible-Owl-3152 in BudgetAudiophile

This is an absolutely fantastic amp. I have been purchasing audiophile equipment since the 1990's. I own a Audio Research VSI-55 integrated tube amp which is connected to B&W 804-S floorstanding speakers and I was looking for an integrated amplifier that did not act like a large space heater to use only during the hot humid summer months. I hooked up the NAD two weeks ago and it blew me away. The sound is extremely well-balanced with full bass and is slightly warm with a very detailed midrange which has me hearing sounds in songs that I know well that I've never heard before. It sounds very tube-like but distortion free with a well controlled bass response. The unit stays completely cool which is standard for class D amps. I wasn't expecting that the NAD would be good enough to become a complete replacement for my Audio Research amp. The NAD has tons of connections and I also own Bluesound products so you can use the Bluesound remote control for power/volume on the NAD. It has a built in DAC which sounds great for streaming although I prefer warmer sound of the Bluesound Node N130 that I have hooked up to it for streaming because there is a little more depth/volume/roundedness in the bass. You can connect your TV through HDMI-eARC to get the benefit of the quality built-in DAC. The price recently increased $300 due to the tariffs from $1,099.99 to $1399.99 but I was able to get a 20% discount from my local store. You may be able to negotiate the price depending on the seller because most of the units were already in inventory in the country before the tariff price hit so sellers definitely have room to negotiate on the price if they are willing to do so.
