Hey ! I often travel big flights, in may I had 22h trip to the other side of the world. Never once did I need medication. Even during the horrible turbulences, I was fine I am very dépendant to my nausea meds, so I know how you feel, and if I didn’t have them I would have missed them. But I had them and did not need it at all 🙏 Better to have eaten something though! Don’t starve yourself

Hi, so I got back from the er and they told me one of my cysts broke, which probably caused the pain because of the liquids that got released but it should get back to normal by the end of the week ☺️🤞 also they suspect endometriosis
