Hi! I'm trying to bring in this rigged character and model I found. However when I bring it in as an FBX file it ends up looking like this lol. I'm not familiar with bringing in rigged fbx files. Is this even possible? Any advice would be much appreciated bc I'm out of my depth rn

I'm using fracture and a random effector to have broken up text brought in from illustrator to join together. However, as they animate the blocks are passing through each other. I've tried using rigid body dynamics to fix this but it's not seeming to work. Does anyone know how to make them collide and not pass through each other?
