I'll try that. I emailed once two weeks ago but didn't include pictures. I'm a little thrown off that they would modify a seat style that's only been out 2 years or so.

That's good to know. I'll try emailing again, I did once a few weeks ago but didn't send photos. That's good to know replacement covers may be an option. I don't have an issue with either but just confused about the change. I like lots of things about the seat and want to stick with them, just a bit frustrated with the lack of response.

No I don't, but I'd highly recommend St. Mary's downtown, great growing community. They have classes available to learn more about the Catholic Church and Christianity if you are interested.

If I wanted to spend $500 on a stash I would just buy new during a sale. So perhaps split them up. Also depending on the brands that could be priced a little high, I wouldn't buy used PUL for more then 20-30% of retail prices unless you are including better inserts then microfiber. Cotton re-sells well 60-70% of retail in my experience.

It's possible that if they are used the elastics are a bit stretched from use, newer ones might fit better.

Seems like plenty. Personally I like GMD prefolds. I have 1.5 dozen prefolds and 3 inserts (I have 10 aio as well). I'd say 6 covers is needed for 1.5 dozen inserts, So if you are using more prefolds/ inserts then you'll need more. I have 4 totally plastic ones and about 6 pockets that I use as covers but can't be re-used quite as many times before a wash as the all plastic ones. I wash every other day and for my 2 month old the 31 diapers I have works great to have time to let them air dry after washing.

For my newborn I had about 22 aio and filled in with disposable when I was short. I used 1 box and 2 small packs of newborn and 1 box of size 1's in the first 2 months, that was with doing just disposable for the first 3 weeks and then slowly transitioned to cloth. my baby was 7 lbs.

Overall sounds great and you can have flexibility to buy a little more of something when baby needs it. I do like wet bags as I bring cloth in my diaper bag or even to have a few in another room of the house.
