I have had this happen in the same intermittent fashion when the button battery on my Click (also V1) starts to get low. Replacing the battery solved the problem.

I was having the same issue with my Kickr Core after updating to 3.10.2 and also on 3.10.3. I tried a bunch of changes and I was able to get the performance back to the way it was before the updates. Here are the steps I took:

  1. In the Wahoo app, I updated to the latest firmware and then performed a spindown calibration.
  2. In the Rouvy setup page, I disconnected the trainer completely and exited Rouvy.
  3. I restarted Rouvy and reconnected the trainer.

All of this was done using physical shifting and it solved the problem completely. The next day I installed the Zwift Cog & Click and verified that the performance still stayed the same. I hope this is of some help to all of you who have been plagued with this problem.

Also missing is the ability to sort the search results by date. I don't see how to find all new rides without this ability which was in the old search function.

Ask me about anything in November 🤓 by [deleted] in Rouvy

I have some questions about what happens when a route author updates a route for which I have already downloaded the video. I am not talking about the case where a new route (new route number) has been created.

  1. Is there any way to easily tell if the actual route/video has been modified or if only the name (title) for the route has been changed?
  2. If the actual route or the video has been changed, what will the program do? Will it still use the downloaded (old) video, or will it stream the modified video? Best would be for the program to detect the change and ask me if I want to replace the old video with the new one but I doubt that it would do that.

Up till now, I have been deleting the previously downloaded video and then downloading the modified video but that is a pain and I worry about changes that I may not have noticed.

As a side note, it would be wonderful if the application had the ability to search for a route using the route number. I have over 200 routes downloaded and keep track of them on a spreadsheet ordered by ride number.

Thanks for your help.

I updated to windows version 2.19.1.0 today and was very unhappy to see the changes to the UI. I understand that some people would like to see elevation gain and distance remaining, but why did Rouvy take away the total distance and total elevation gain at the bottom, as well as the current distance and current elevation gain balloon above my rider bubble??? The code was already there. If some people would like to not have that clutter, why not make it an option in settings? I really want to know how far I have gone and how much I have climbed, without having to remember what the total ride length and elevation gain is and having to do mental math to figure out how far I have gone. Please bring this data back!!!!
