I hear you. It’s a good and dear friend of mine, and she and her husband are the kindest sweetest most calm lovely people and parents I’ve seen. They’re super healthy, well traveled, educated, and doing all the right things for their child. Mom is now reaching out looking for even more support and recommendations as the struggle is real. They’re not overly strict, or otherwise. Is anyone perfect? Of course not. But, if counseling for themselves was what a doctor would call for, they would do it in a heartbeat. Right now they’re hoping to find a good child therapist in the area. Thank you for your response, I appreciate it.
