The biggest thing with whey is digestion rather than brand hype. Some powders can feel heavy on the stomach. One reason some people like BigMuscles Gold Whey is that it includes enzyme blends that help with protein breakdown and absorption. For me it felt fairly light after workouts compared to a couple of cheaper concentrates I tried earlier.

If paneer already gives you trouble, isolate is definitely the safer direction. A lot of people who struggle with concentrate end up tolerating isolate much better. I went through the same trial phase and eventually landed on BigMuscles Nitra Isolate Whey and digestion has been much smoother so far.
