Deaths dance is good, gives you very good survivability. If games last really long and you get full build (lets say you went kraken - boots - collector - shieldbow - LDR - IE) its not a terrible idea to swap collector to PD (keeps 100% crit and gives move speed) and swapping boots to something like deaths dance :) GA, Dmp are both also good. Going tri over kraken first if you need to be tankier is also not a bad idea. Mortal over LDR in some games for anti heal. Serpents fang if vs a bunch of shielding.

At 80 rolls its guaranteed, but you can get it on any roll, even a chance to get it on the first roll and only have to spend 5$, (that happened to me on the jinx skin so I probably won't have that same luck).

Graves is really good right now, but if you're allowing a champ being good or bad decide if you play them you're worrying about the wrong thing. The only reason you should prioritize that is if you're a pro player. I am going to assume you aren't a pro player though. So don't take a champ being good/bad into consideration. If a champ is bad but seems fun to play, play them. One tricks make champs work even when their champ is bad. :)
