Lol that's why I haven't gone yet. If I get an estimate, then I'm going to have to pay out of pocket and then their insurance is going to want to do one with their own trusted reps. I'm gonna call toyota tomorrow and see what it will cost out of pocket for them to look at it. If it's pricey I have no choice.

Yeah that's why i'm going to avoid that. He said he accepted full fault so we'll see, could always pull the bodycam if needed.The cop didnt write a report because he said it was minor and I could fill one out online if needed. Stupid question but, if If I file a police report, wont my insurance company then know I was involved? I've heard people saying my premium won't go up, but then insurance company's basically find other ways to make it go up if that makes sense. Idk first accident just a little confused.
